“Arnold is a very knowledgeable, respectful, and a helpful salesperson. We also appreciated Cindy's expertise regarding buying bedroom furniture for an elderly person. There was ample inventory to accommodate everyone's taste. The prices were reasonable considering the markup on furniture is sometimes ridiculous. This was low pressure and a pleasant experience. Will be a repeat customer.”

Upon arrival Kelly was incredibly accommodating and descriptive in how she described the furniture I was able to fully imagine the items before me as if I could see them for myself. When walking around the showroom she asked how to lead me and guided me expertly around the store; which is greatly appreciated. The furniture here is of the highest quality and craftsmanship. “Not sure if it's just me but I feel since the pandemic Customer Service most anywhere is just so different. Even when you purchase something that is under a year old, and it is still under warranty the hoops one has to jump through is ridiculous. I don't get easily impressed anymore because my experience as of a year ago was not even satisfactory . Ellen from Hesco Lighting however gave me a glimmer of hope- I had an issue with a purchase, ( it was the product itself) . She didn't ignore my phone calls, she got back to me in a timely manner, She referred me to the right people to get the job done- I mean this woman bent over backwards for me and I really appreciated it. “What a wonderful place to buy my recliner. My wife and I got matching recliners ( mine rocks, though). Great selection, you can customize your chair, the prices are very reasonable, and the chairs are made in the USA! The people who work there are so very helpful, well informed, not at all high pressure. Laid back atmosphere and very classy showroom. One last thing: Our salesperson, KATHLEEN, IS THE NICEST PERSON TO EVER SELL ME ANYTHING. She is so laid back and relaxing. Thanks for everything!!!!!!”
