“what a splendid visit we had! We came on a weekday so it really wasnt so busy. The place is huuuuge so we spent a good amount of time there and enjoyed every minute lol the plants are really well taken care of and so beautiful! they also have "rare" tropical plants there such as their variegated monsteras which were all so pretty! anyway, We visited before thanksgiving and there were already christmas decors. We loved the holiday vibes and took so many pictures. Honestly every corner is a photo spot! it was that pretty! the staff were very pleasant as well which i appreciated! aside from plants they have gift items, home decors or holiday things. the even have pretty peacocks and a curious hen the day we visited lol so cute! Now if they only had an espresso/coffee shop this would be even more perfect! lol”

“Best lighting store around bar none, far exceeds the quality of anything I was able to find elsewhere. I came here a couple weeks ago with a dilemma: my electrician was on the way to our house to install a pendant light above the porch, but I had never ordered it, because everything at Home Depot was garbage. I came here on a hope and prayer and Patti saved the day! Not only was she friendly and helpful with over a decade of experience, but she lent me the design eye that I needed to help me select the right fixture for my style of home, and at a great price to boot! I wish I had known about this little gem sooner, because I wouldn’t have wasted my time anywhere else.”

“I was very pleased with my experience at DeVries. I was greeted politely when I arrived, and then the salesman left me alone - quietly available - as I walked around the showroom and the annex. There was no pressure to buy, upsell, or even engage beyond exchanging pleasantries unless I chose it. As an introvert I really appreciated that. Once I had found a couple of styles I liked, he was helpful in answering my questions.
The furniture they have is of high quality and built to last. When you are ready to take the leap to purchase patio furniture that will last you 10 years instead of a season or two, I recommend this establishment highly.
The delivery truck arrived as scheduled, the delivery folks were friendly and helpful and set everything up on my back deck.

“CHARACTER OF A BUSINESS. You can always tell the quality of a business by their customer service. Businesses often don't recognize the strength of their business is not only their product(s) but how they interact with their customers. I recently had an issue with my Ignis fireplace fuel order. When I received my 12-bottle order, 3 of the bottles were significantly less than full. I had never had this problem with any other Ignis orders. I contacted the claims department with the issue, and they quickly and honorably fixed the problem to my satisfaction by replacing the 3 bottles. I was actually surprised when I saw the box at my front door, because I had not checked my email for a response right away. I emailed the claims department on 12/11/20 and received the replacement fuel on 12/21/2020. I have enjoyed my Ignis bioethanol fireplace for three years. If you get one, make sure you clean the boxes periodically as they recommend. I used mine for a long period without cleaning it, and the smoke detector kept going off. Once I cleaned the boxes, the problem went away. Thank Patrick”
