“This morning I called around 8:30 & had a pleasant conversation with Gabby about getting an oil change. When I arrived, I was greeted by her and booked my appointment. Within 20 minutes my vehicle was on the lift and within the hour my oil change was done. I was then helped by Phil & Alan who let me know of an upcoming service that I need to get fixed asap. I appreciate their kindness and the workers who completed this job so I could safely get to my next destination. Thank you all again!”

The car is a lease and they did not have the replacement tire. They put on the spare and recommended I see if the dealer had the tire. They did. And Mavis didn't charge me a penny.
