“My tire light came on yesterday. Didn't go off. Figured it's due to cold weather. I was out and stopped at Mr. Tire on Frelinghuysen. I didn't have an appointment. Went in and told him tire light was on with a yellow triangle on the dash. He told me to take it to the first bay. Someone came right out, 3 of the 4 tires needed air. All the lights went out! A big thank you for them doing that for me. It was bitterly cold and windy, and I don't have anybody to help me with my car. So thank you Mr. Tire for helping me.”

They gave me complete confidence in their diagnosis, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to get me safely back on the road. I especially appreciated that they solved the problem without requiring me to unload my fully packed vehicle, which would have been a major ordeal.
Their pricing was fair, their service was prompt, and their professionalism was exceptional. It's rare to find a business that combines fairness, competence, and genuine compassion so effortlessly. Phil, Dave, and Axel were outstanding—not just because they were excellent at their jobs, but because they were genuinely kind people.

I was out of there in 45 minutes with a new tire. I had a weird sized tire that another shop couldn’t repair and they were my second stop. “Thought I had a nail/screw in my tire. Made an online appointment. Greg greeted me when I got there and after a short wait they brought my car in the bay. They couldn't find anything. Must have been a faulty sensor. I appreciate the time they spent looking for any leaks. Greg said it was no charge. I have been coming here for years and all the advisors I have dealt with including Greg have been professional, courteous and understanding. “BM resolved a peskie intermittent P0014 code on my Toyota Tundra. It was not the VVT sensor that a few other mechanics diagnosed. The sensor was replaced and the code kept coming back. BM identified the cause to be a defective oil filter which was what i thought to be Toyota OEM oil filter I acquired from AMAZON that was replaced at the previous oil change only couple thousand miles ago. BM replaced the oil filter and no more P0014 code since.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Long Hill Automotive. I brought my Ram in with some major shifting and electrical issues that had been giving me a lot of trouble. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem, figured out exactly what was going on, and got everything taken care of.
What really impressed me was the level of service. After the work was completed, they actually called me to follow up and make sure everything was running properly and that I was happy with the repair. You just don’t see that kind of customer service very often anymore.

“Once again John and the Crew took care of me in record time, what was only to be an engine oil change, tires balanced and rotation, turned out to be much more then I realized as to what I actually needed at that moment.
I arrived at 7:50 AM Tuesday morning, and within minutes the guys had my RR L405 on the lift, they showed me just had bad my tires had worn on the inside edge, also my front rotors and pads were in need of replacement in the very near future, along with two tpms sensors, so I ended up with 4 new tires, 2 sensors, front rotors (high carbon) and pads, an alignment, and the oil change, John was able to source the tires and parts within an hour, he gave me 3 choices of tires, and 2 choices for the front rotors and pads, I went with the Continental DWS tires, and the high carbon rotors, John then gave me a loaner so I could go home and pack, the Crew had my vehicle ready and waiting at 1:52 PM same day, I then proceeded on my 1200ish mile drive straight through without any issues, the new tires and brakes gave a great new ride (feeling) to the vehicle.
You can not ask for quicker quality service and professionalism then you will receive here.
