“Had to set up an Estate account. Kristine was so helpful in discovering the available accounts, setting up the EIN, giving us some guidance, and not rushing us. My sister and I were very happy with her assistance and she also has a good sense of humor. We went to another bank after this, with quite different results. We may transfer those accounts to Valley once we get access to them.
Just a follow-up to the above review: we did transfer that account!”
“I moved to the area a few years ago and had to switch to this location.
They are busy and sometimes you have to wait quite a bit for one of the staff (not the tellers)
But they have been wonderful.
I’ve opened a business account, requested records, had contracts notarized and multiple other things… they have honestly been great. Everyone takes time to complain but no one ever appreciate so I’m paying that one forward… thank you!”

“I received a warm welcome as I entered the branch by the staff. Shaq greeted me with a smile. Diane and Dan offered me coffee as I sat with Shaq. I explained that my elderly mother and I were looking for a new bank in the Hillsdale area. Shaq asked if I had time to go over the options for accounts. Being asked that question was refreshing because I am a caregiver. Oh, the CD rates were good too. She was knowledgeable and caring. She listened to my financial needs before setting an appointment to open our accounts.
Lastly, She introduced me to Dan the Manager and Diane Senior banker. I felt at home there.”
