Deisi was so helpful when I came in to close out and open a new checking after my account compromised by a stolen check. She did everything quickly and efficiently so that I would be at ease with all of my transactions. Also, I received a couple of follow up phone calls, one from Mitchell and one I believe from Mo, to make sure that I approved transactions during this process. Thank you so much to everyone.”

And I had to come in the next day, which I wasnt happy about. I explained to Elizabeth the situation and informed me nothing couldn't really be done due the weekend but she did the impossible. She called a few ppl and my card started working later that Saturday evening...thank you soo much Elizabeth for making the impossible possible”
