I came to my Chase Branch in Hillside NJ on a walk-in basis and was met by staff member Rossi. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She definitely went above and beyond to provide services. Many thanks to her.

Made an appointment with Malcolm Toussaint to activate my account. Was so impressed he called me ahead of the appointment and knew my name when I came to my branch. He got me fixed up in 15 min. And it showed on the Chase app. He was also able to order me checks. Really impressed!!! The systems and service are excellent!!
