“I’ve always had good service here, but I recently had an exceptional experience with a banker named Keyetta. I was having issues with my Chase Touch ID/Apple Pay settings. She went out of her way to make sure I got the issue resolved. She even came from behind the glass to help me resolve the issue directly from my phone, which in all my years I’ve never had happen before. Genuinely kind and dedicated. Excellent customer service and problem solving from this employee.”
