“the only reason im leaving 5 stars for the location is because i had pleasure of being assisted by Will from the Jersey City location and if it was closer to my place of residence i would change it to jersey city just to be able to be assisted by Will. He was AMAZING!!! i had just had a baby and was in a difficult position but he heard me out and went out of his way to help me to the MAX! i was so blessed to be helped by him and he made my day much better by refunding me a credit that i probably shouldnt have received but he made it happen.”

“I was assisted by Joey at the SmartStop Hillside location. He was very helpful with my process today in which I came in and requested a transfer of my storage unit. I thank him for servicing me today.”

“Excellent facility with a large parking lot and a huge selection of rental trucks and trailers. I was struggling to find a wide trailer that would fit my Polaris Slingshot, and this location was the only one that had multiple units available. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, making the whole process quick and stress-free. I highly recommend this location and will definitely use them again in the future.”
