“I moved from New York to Boston and I ended up choosing Flat Rate because after I filled out the quote information they called me. I was a little confused with their online app (by the way, the download from the app store doesn't work because it's made for an older version of Android, but app and the website are basically the same thing, so I just had the website bookmarked for my move), but before my move someone called me to confirm everything so it's all good. The actual movers were great too. Bob and his team were super professional and organized. They had the list I had originally made with the guy on the phone to check off stuff, but they were happy to add stuff too. They moved out and then moved in all of my stuff super fast too. They had my number, so we were in communication with each other (they arrived at the new apartment before I did).I'd recommend Flat Rate to anyone else. The price was great, the movers were great, and all of my stuff was taken care of.”

The customer service by phone was outstanding! The person helping me addressed all of my concerns and helped me schedule our move one day later, avoiding all sorts of apartment hassles and fees. The movers were quick, careful and courteous. They did a small amount of packing, worked with my son to ensure they were gathering the right items and were in and out in about 90 minutes. Also, the fees were extremely reasonable. This is the perfect solution for a college apartment or dorm move, in particular. I will never try to move my kids on my own again!”
