Old style Service where they put your shoes on and off for you and they make sure you’re totally comfortable and are willing to try different shoes and make recommendations based on your feet. Lori did an amazing job.”

He listened to us and took our concerns and opinions into account to find us both great sneakers! He made us feel so comfortable and was incredibly kind. He has the sweetest manners. “I have these old pair of heels from my grandmother I was hoping to wear the next day to an event. The rubber sole on the heel was dry rotting and unsafe to wear. Last minute, I called the store asking if they could help. I brought the heels in and 5 minutes later they’re fixed! Super helpful and saved my predicament of what shoes to wear if these hadn’t been fixed. They do other shoe repairs and have a great selection of shoes to buy as well! Super friendly staff too!”

“Great store if you can get your size. If you need a wide size.. don't waste your time. The comfy walking shoes were not there. The two pair for $90 is a good deal. But make sure you only get the unstructured inner soles.Other shoes are 3rd rate. I did buy two pair and I am a very difficult customer.”

“Went there a couple weeks ago picked up a pair of work boots. I wore the boots in the house to try and break them in for a day. My feet were barking. They hurt so bad. Went to return them and the employee said no unfortunatly. (Yes i know the return policy). She did give me the customer service number and after about a week, someone contacted me. They said I can return them no problem. Went there on 11/15 and the woman behind the desk was awesome!! No issues watsoever and was still able to give me a 20% off coupon plus my exchange. Right when you walk in they also greet you! Little things go a long way. Will def buy again from here”
