“Grounds are clean, elevator always works, and has easy access to your unit. During peek times dollies are unavailable. Promotional rate is great but gets expensive when it's over. Office staff are friendly.”

“freindly personell. Excellent security. THey found my lock was not completely secured so they opened the unit and took pictures and contacted us. THey went the extra mile in my opinion.
The halls are also wide enough to handle anything with nice size padded freight elevators and plenty of carts to assist,
THe only reason it was not a 5 star rating is that i could only access my unit by one door and it was a corner unit with a side door. WOuld have been convenient.”

“The workers here are great, and the place is clean which is why this place even gets any stars. My main problem is that this place will jack up their prices after a few months. I’ve had to relocate to 3 different units every few months just to avoid paying higher rent. Sal did try to make it right by temporarily delaying one of their price hikes for 6 months but that wasn’t the answer I was looking for long term. After spending my whole weekend purging my small home, I reluctantly emptied my storage space today and brought everything back home. The thought of $150 a month to now $367 just didn’t sit right with me. No way am I going to support this business model. It’s not just this company, they all do it around me. Wouldn’t you rather have long term customers than try to rip people off? Sucks for them because I would have gladly given them years of rent if they had just kept the rent reasonable. Hope this helps.

“I thought it was good for the price. It was clean, but hours are somewhat limited on weekends which was difficult for me and you sometimes had to wait for elevators. All in all it was what I expected, I moved to a storage closer to my home with 24/7 access.”

I was also able to get 24 hr access for a small fee. Most places do not offer 24 hr access so this is a nice perk that further sets this facility apart.”
