“On Thursday morning, I encountered an issue with a tire on my semi-trailer. After a quick search online, I found a shop nearby and headed over to get it fixed. When I called to confirm their availability for an emergency repair and asked for directions, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional response I received.Upon arriving at the shop, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff. Lucy, the shop supervisor, helped me choose the right tire for my needs, while Carlos, the tire technician, was extremely friendly and efficient in his work. Additionally, an Indian gentleman offered some valuable advice on how to maintain the condition of my tires.However, the highlight of my experience was Lucy’s exceptional customer service. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, and even convinced me to consider purchasing a new set of tires from their shop in the future, despite the fact that I live in Canada. After the repair was completed, safety was their top priority, and they ensured that I had a spotter to exit the premises safely.Overall, I found the price to be very reasonable, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of tire repair or replacement. Even though I live far away, I will definitely return to this shop the next time I pass through the area.”
“Had an accident while in Brooklyn (primary residence is upstate) and I was glad we found them: Jason was there with his tow truck in 15 minutes, and after numerous supply issues the car was repaired in time for me to be home for Christmas. “I had some pretty gnarly fender damage thanks to another motorist running a red light. Frankie, Stacy, Vinny and the rest of the team were straight-up artists, re-storing the fender and even matching the unusual color of my Ford Escape such that you'd never know anything happened. And were completely down-to-earth people, with down-to-earth prices, in doing so. Cannot recommend this shop enough. Hopefully you never need a body shop. But if you do, go here and don't look back.”

“Such a great experience working with Rick and Kate. I actually couldn't imagine a better experience at an auto repair shop.
I called several different ones initially to get my NYS inspection updated, and in talking to Kate over the phone, it was clear that they were different than the others, so it was an easy choice ultimately. When I brought my car over for the inspection, I asked about car washes because my car had been sitting unused in a garage for ~6 months, and they simply offered to clean it for free in the street while I was waiting.
My car then needed additional repairs (and I ultimately decided to sell it), and Rick and Kate were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to cancel my monthly parking garage and just keep the car at their shop until I was able to find a buyer.
I really can't recommend them enough (as you can see because I never write Google reviews). They are really doing things differently, with unparalleled customer service, and it turned a potentially stressful situation into a really pleasant one.
If you're ever in need of a car repair and you live in Queens or not (I actually live in Manhattan but will continue going to them for anything I need), you should call them, talk to Rick and/or Kate, and you'll immediately see what I'm talking about.”

“Phenomenal car repair shop. The owner and his mechanics are extremely professional and knowledgeable in their craft. They know their cars! Went to another place to get my AC fixed - it stopped working in 2 months. Come to find out previous shop didn’t install it correctly! They showed me where the issue was, explained how it was installed incorrectly and then showed me how they installed it the right way. I have made them my go-to-shop. I get my oil changes done here now too. Jeep charges 3xs the amount and this place uses the same “high grade” oil. They even showed me the bottle, unsealed it, and poured it into my car in front of me. No nonsense place. Love them! Highly recommend.”
