I am very impressed with the staff(Valerie, Luis and Niam) who work at the Hoboken, N.J. location. The staff has been very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in regards to services that they provided. I have communicated with the staff for many years and I appreciate them and I highly recommend business at their facility.

I’m bad with names but, the gentleman that was at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He showed me the space before I moved in to make sure it was correct, and explained everything. The site was clean, and convenient to use.

5 Stars for the staff & especially the Manager, Naim, at this location! They've always been helpful & friendly, and yesterday Naim went above and beyond in helping me transfer to a smaller storage unit. However, 3 stars for CubeSmart rental policies, which don't offer a guaranteed price for a set period of time. Instead, the price will jump dramatically after about 4 months. For me, the monthly price for my 1st storage unit jumped by $50! They bill 30 days in advance but once you're set up in a unit, it's a challenge to move out. I saw other people post about this price jump once you're settled in, so I know I'm not the only one aggravated by this. CubeSmart should consider rentals where the price is guaranteed for a fixed period of time. In any case, the location is clean & convenient, and the staff are great.

Team at the store is wonderful to work with Luis and Valerie are always there to help at anytime I need it. Also the only upsetting part is not the office or the building itself the pricing and rate increases could be more lower. Over all good experience

I am a Pharmaceutical rep and have my storage unit here for several years.
I am impressed at how clean the building is and even the office and bathroom. Luis is always so professional and helpful. He calls me when I have a package and even helps me put it on a cart. He is always smiling and happy to help. I can’t remember the other employee’s names but everyone is so nice! Thank you!
