Since then, I’ve trained with him regularly, and no other trainer I’ve had in the past compares. He is always on time, constantly updates my workouts in the app, and brings amazing energy to every session.

Coach Pauly keeps my training diverse and challenging. From HIIT training to strength work, flexibility, and cardio, he covers it all while keeping me accountable. He not only pushes me physically but also checks in on how I’m doing in my work and life, which makes every session something I truly look forward to. His ability to balance tough workouts with genuine conversation makes the training experience unique.

“Angela and the trainers here have fully changed the way I look, feel, and even think about fitness and nutrition. You have to stick with it but if you do you can truly transform your body with these 45 minute classes. And hey, they can actually be fun (once you figure out the “skill mill” machine. lol) I’m so grateful for this team: anytime someone compliments my arms (a thing that I can’t believe actually happens now!) “Feels more like a fitness spa than a gym!

I came in on a three-day trial and was blown away by how great Crunch Fitness Hoboken is. The gym is spotless, the vibe is upbeat, and there are tons of machines for every body part, especially an amazing selection for leg workouts.

The bathrooms have a beautiful stone wall design that makes them feel like a spa, and the relax & recover area is the highlight. After the zero gravity massage chair, followed by the steam room and sauna, you honestly feel like you’re at a resort, not a gym.

They even provide towels, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers, which makes everything super convenient.

Huge thanks to Tom and Colin for taking such good care of me during my trial, their professionalism and friendliness really stand out. Crunch Hoboken truly delivers!”

“Great crossfit gym. It’s small - but they make use of the small. The programming is also hard, which is what you pay for at the end of the day. I come here and have a great experience a good workout.

“Went weekly for two years minus some time off after giving birth. While it’s technically group fitness you hardly notice anyone else, the workout is so intense and 50 minutes flies! Super efficient, I loved being able to get there two minutes before class started and not miss a thing. Once a week was enough to get in good shape and help make for a quick and easy birth!I stopped going for now because I need classes with childcare but once I’m able to again I’ll be back! Great workout, instructors, and studio.”
