“Great vibes, super friendly staff, and a welcoming, community-like atmosphere. My 2 year old loves coming here! It’s helping him to develop not only physically, but also socially. The classes encourage coordination, confidence, cooperation, communication, and learning how to participate and interact within a group. It’s a great environment for kids to move, explore, have fun, and build important skills at the same time. We’ve had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!”

“Years ago I was a member of this gym but for other reasons I stopped coming. Now I come back again and I assure you that I am surprised the gym is completely renovated, they made several arrangements, it is super cleaner, a chiropractic office, where basketball was played they put a completely renovated weight room and for me super important a pilates room. My doctor recommended that I do pilates or yoga due to a back problem and a torn muscle in my leg. And I love the classes. All the instructors are very good but I want to highlight the name of Jennifer F when there is someone new and she explains everything very well you can see that she likes what she does. I recommend the same men as women who try Pilates classes. I assure you that you will not regret it.”

“I’ve been coming to this gym for a while and there is one ongoing issue that really needs to be addressed, There’s a member whose body order is so strong,It files the entire workout area and makes it hard to exercise. It’s gotten into the point of causing headaches and driving people away from certain hours. I understand this is a sensitive situation, but management should handle it privately, and this has been affecting members for way too long. I really hope something is done about it.”
