After initiating the trade-in, John flagged an issue that he suspected based on similar problems other customers had, then got on the phone with Verizon HQ immediately. While my new phone was synching, he was working diligently to address the issue with the trade in, even helping other customers while on hold. I was still there for what felt like days, but I know it would have been even longer if John didn't work proactively to get things fixed as soon as he saw an issue.”
