“Been coming here for years - mostly for phone chargers and to print documents when I didn't have a printer years ago. Staff here has always been friendly, helpful and courteous with me. Their main business seems to be small electronics and protective equipment (phone/tablet cases, headphones, chargers, gaming controllers, etc), international shipping - mainly to Central and South America and funds wiring. The only knock is that it can get pretty packed their, you'll be tended to after you've waited on line for a little while and the person will direct you to the other end of the store too wait yet again, because they only handle wiring and shipping. I mean, it's a small space - you can't grab a charger from 12' away and ring me up for it? Other than that, the place provides good service.”

“EXCELLENT SERVICE ALERT!!! If you are in the market to upgrade or switch to T-Mobile. Highly recommend you visit T-Mobile 3616 Bergenline Ave., Union City, NJ., at the corner of 37th Street. Called prior to visiting the store, Benny whom was friendly, professional, personable confirmed the store had the phone, in the color I wanted. When I arrived to this amazing store location. All of the employees were friendly, smiling, they greeted customers, and they all enjoyed assisting each customer they were helping with phones or accessories. The store was very crowded which to me was a good sign the store was popular. My representative was Luis, and I must say this young man was super fantastic. Went over everything with my upgrade. Luis got the phone I wanted, merged all of my information into my new device. The level of professionalism, and care that Luis exemplified made me feel as if I was buying a Mercedes from a luxury car dealer. Even though I was getting an iPhone, the service was on the level of buying a luxury car, and ensuring the customer understood how to work all the new features, etc. I can not thank this store enough for the wonderful service. Thank you for making my purchase an awesome experience.”
