“Wow. And a huge thank you to manager, Hanud! I went to Switzerland and when I arrived, I wasn't able to make or receive calls, send or receive texts. I spent HOURS on a borrowed phone with Verizon customer service who were useless. Had to buy a Swiss SIM card to use while there. As soon as I returned, went to the Verizon store in Hoboken where Hanud quickly diagnosed the problem and knew what to do to get my phone up and running again. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. “I had such a positive experience at Hoboken wireless! I went in to fix a screen that had gone partially/black and glitchy from a gentle drop. The owner walked me through my repair options and when I returned to pick it up he showed me a bunch of internal issues from the last place that repaired my phone, it was shocking! I really appreciated the honesty and the recognition of low quality work. Bottom line, I got a VERY fair price and respectable work. Must go here for phone screen repairs.”
