“This was my first visit to this store and I was really impressed. They quickly had my feet scanned with their device which I wasn't even aware existed! The young guy who helped me pick the right pair then explained the scan results, listened to my preferences and then brought a few pairs for me to try out and offered suggestions only when asked, letting me decide things for myself instead. Throughout the process, I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying.

The only reason I haven't given a 5 star rating is that they didn't have any promotions running for the shoes that I eventually ended up buying (it was the labour day weekend and hence my expectation for a discount).
