The Sinatra Room is a hidden speakeasy, located inside the Panela restaurant behind a bookcase door, making it hard to find for those not familiar with it. It is only open on Fridays and Saturdays and serves cocktails only, with no food. Reservations are highly recommended, as walking in without one can be difficult. The space is intimate and cute, with a decor of leather chairs and ottomans that can also store belongings. It gives off a nice date night vibe, perfect for friends or a significant other. The cocktail menu is short, typically featuring about five creative options, and the drinks are generally considered great and delicious, though some find them pricey. The atmosphere is chill, with light background music that usually allows for easy conversation, though opinions on the music selection vary. Service experiences differ, ranging from good to quite slow or occasionally rude. The space includes Instagrammable spots and also holds whiskey tastings. Overall, it is considered a hidden gem with a lot of potential for a unique night out.
It's a really cute "speakeasy" hidden in a restaurant, kind of hard to find. Inside of Panela. Service was kind of rude. Didn't have a resy and basically got kicked out. I will try them again.

Underwhelmed, cocktails are weak. For something touted as speakeasy, it's a disappointment. Seating not comfortable.

The on-menu as well as the classic drinks were great. Reservations are indeed recommended but if you can get in at the bar you will have a great time as well. The music is at the correct level that makes conversation great. Instagrammable spots within the space. This place is definitely a hidden gem.
