He greeted me immediately, and mentioned he has had this store for 51 years! They didnt have the beer i was looking for, but phil told me to write it down so he can order it. You dont get that kind of hospitality anywhere these days. Congrats on over a half a century of operating Phil! Thank you for a joyful experience.”

“Always a pleasure to visit Mike, the friendly owner, for good wine suggestions among his well-curated selection, as well as interesting conversation.
I was thrilled to see that he carried my favorite Spanish white, Albariño, which isn’t always easy to find, especially in smaller wine stores. Not only does he carry it, but there’s always a chilled bottle should I come in!
Mike is a good guy, a good neighbor and an active member of our community. I’ve witnessed various acts of kindness to his neighbors, going far above and beyond what the average shop owner would do. I will continue to frequent his shop over the larger chains or supermarkets. I think it’s important to shop local, and when the local shop has prices and selection, often better than the big box it’s a no brainer to do so.”

The selection they have is very wide and includes products from all over the world. The selection of quality Argentine wine that I found there was very interesting.
I also highlight as a positive many bottles in 375ml presentations, which are often not so easy to get!”
“Shopped here for over a year. Nice enough people. Noticed today they round up taxes. Really not cool, in my opinion, for credit card transactions. I mentioned this to them and ever since they have stopped that practice, at least for me. I appreciate that they were responsive to a customer complaint and adjusted their business practice. I raised their rating from a 1 star to 5 star and continue to shop at their store as needed.”

“Wonderful assortment of wine, beer, and liquor. Pleasantly surprised by how many high-end whiskies and other hard liquors they have. Prices are reasonable, not a bargain but not extortion. Staff are always friendly and willing to help you find things. Plus, they sell limes and mixers, which are awesome in a pinch.”
