“My young daughter went to deposit her earnings for the week at this branch. She told me a teller helped her since she didn’t know what to do yet. Also the lady teller brought to her attention that an odd older man kept looking at her in a strange manner. She told her to be careful and offered to walk out with her to her car. This touched my heart and am very grateful to that lady. This was above and beyond. My regret is that she didn’t get the name of the lady.”

“I popped into this branch for a quick, simple request and the staff could not have been friendlier! I wish I grabbed the two girl's names who assisted me, so I could give them recognition. Even though my request was small, they gave me their full attention and were eager to help! I will continue doing my banking at this branch.”
“This is where I do my banking I mostly went with them after having some issues with another bank and since their new branch was located across the street from where I was going to be working I decided to take all of my banking business over to them and have been pleased. however there's a few things that I don't like 1) now the: hours have changed and they are not open as late as they were before. 2) some of their location's Mac machines are not drive through and someone can gain entrance into the vestibule while you are doing your banking making you feel uncomfortable and or unsafe and if you have children in your vehicle you have to take them all out of their car seats to go inside to do your banking and then return them back in their car seats not to mention if there's inclement weather.
All of the branch locations should be uniform and have a drive through Mac machine this way no one has to deal with these types of issues while doing their banking.
3) Now there's a charge to receive your monthly account statements and now we are being pushed into online banking,
1st we were being pushed into doing all of our banking needs through the Mac machine if you keep pushing people into going these routes you will put more hard working Americans out of work and yet another business will be forced to closed.
All of this technology is a blessing and a curse.”
