“I been a longtime customer of PNC bank, but opened 2 accounts with Citizen a month ago. I have to say by far since I open this account the customer service I received is second to none. Vishalkumar Patel worked with me on opening the accounts and addressed all my questions as well as advised me on the type of accounts. So far I been back 3 times and each time I received an outstanding level of customer service from Mr. Patel as well as the head telling (sorry bad with names). This is a great bank to deal with as they have people that care.”
