The store friendly staff and excellent customer service. The manager and entire staff is very friendly and willing to help customers make the right choice. Exchanges is smooth and easy, and the process is quick. Customers picked up online orders as Insignia TVs and is in and out within minutes. The store have a wide variety of electronics and discounts, though the laptop may not be found. Associates coach customers on ways to get a laptop back in order and give suggestions that save a ton of money. Helpful staff carry TVs to the car and load them, and they is appreciated for their help.
