“I always use this tractor supply because it’s close to my house. But tonight I went there with a problem with cold-weather bibs that I bought for work. I tried to go through Carhartt, but they were giving me the runaround. I called up and spoke to the manager, Victor, One of the nicest guys I have ever encountered. He helped me out tremendously. As a father of 3 and a sole provider for my family he really took care of me. Stuff like that usually never happens to me. Him and his staff were so nice even when I called on the phone they were courteous and took care of me. I was in and out of the store within five minutes and couldn’t have been happier! “I visited the Tinton Falls, NJ store yesterday with a list in hand. Bo )the sales person) was extremely helpful in helping me find some of the items. Most importantly the connection (for my garden hose to connect to a “hose reel) with two female ends. Along with a few other items I was seeking. I also browsed around the store (enjoying some “retail therapy”). Yes, I overspent, but retail therapy was needed. Pete in the paints dept brought me right to the product I needed and I felt confident it was the right one, he was smart & funny ... Rich in hardware could not have been more patient and kind and helpful, thought he was finished helping me but then he came back to give me more info after checking with the guys in lumber ... and Jerry at self-checkout was friendly, and gentle, knew what she was doing, it was a pleasure. Kudos to whoever is doing the hiring at Lowes.”
