Most importantly the connection (for my garden hose to connect to a “hose reel) with two female ends. Along with a few other items I was seeking. I also browsed around the store (enjoying some “retail therapy”). Yes, I overspent, but retail therapy was needed. Pete in the paints dept brought me right to the product I needed and I felt confident it was the right one, he was smart & funny ... Rich in hardware could not have been more patient and kind and helpful, thought he was finished helping me but then he came back to give me more info after checking with the guys in lumber ... and Jerry at self-checkout was friendly, and gentle, knew what she was doing, it was a pleasure. Kudos to whoever is doing the hiring at Lowes.”

“I just had to run in here really quick to get a few keys made and an older gentleman near self check out was an amazing help! He walked me over to the key station, made the keys for me and even walked over to self check out to help me there too. Unfortunately I did not get his name and I’m not sure if the company looks at reviews but this man was a great help! :)”

“Today we went to the Home Depot in Neptune looking for a deck box to store our patio cushions. We were helped by Nick in the Garden Center. We were overwhelmed by the sizes and choices. Nick was so very helpful and knowledgeable about the measurements and quality of the products. He really made our day! We purchased one and he assisted us with the very large and heavy box to the cashier and right out to our car, where he loaded it for us as well. Well done, Nick! Thank you so much.”
