“Love this five below! Jennifer is extremely personable and professional, and so helpful (she helped me today Incase there’s more than one!) I had a huge order and she assisted me with bringing things out which she didn’t have to do but that extra step sets her apart. She’s amazing!”

“I have called this store several times the past weeks to see if they have it in stock and have stopped in. Every employee that I have interacted with over the phone or in person has been so helpful and one of the best customer service skills from the various employees. I mentioned it the manager when I called today. Keep up your excellent customer service you all provide.”
“Expensive for a dollar store. The owner wasn't the nicest in the world. The aisles were cramped, and some of the items I bought were leaking after I got home. Not the best experience ever, but not too bad if you need something last minute”
“The largest dollar store I've ever been to. This store is enormous. Everything you can possibly find is here, at affordable prices. I only recommend going if you're willing to get lost inside.”
“Very Helpful and professional.. Place was very active due to the new Golden Dumpling event going on.. but management had people placed and communication was on Point.. GREAT JOB TEAM!!”

“Five Below is such a fun store to shop in! They always have a great variety of items—from home décor and tech accessories to snacks, toys, and seasonal finds—all at really affordable prices. The store is bright, organized, and easy to browse, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot to pick up little things you didn’t even know you needed. I always leave with more than I planned, in the best way!”
“Very good deals, I saved a bunch of money on records. Fantastic workers, really fun to talk to. I did sign up for the BSP VIP program, the worker explained it and told me I could cancel via phone or the app. Sucks that the customer service line is rude.”

“While I live in Virginia Beach, my friend was looking for some small items to decorate her new camper with. Right away I spotted jelly beans my uncle loves and numerous items I could get my grandsons for Easter! Needless to say, my suitcase going home was a bit more filled.”
