“ATM is great. Just put new one in recently and there are so many options not just put in h take out $. You can transfer $, take out $ including in $50 bills, deposit funds, including by scanning checks via your phone. There are so many things you can do thru this ATM and Wells Fargo is a wounderful bank with great people that will help you do whatever you need to do even more difficult problems!”

“I have been looking around for an auto loan and stopped at this branch. Growing up in dover and dealing with the previous credit union I did not have high expectations for them, but this new bank and management team has been super helpful with the whole process. Nowadays taking time off from work and do paperwork at a bank is super tedious but they did the whole loan in a couple of days via email. I do hope more people would take advantage of the low interest rates from a local credit union before going into big banks with sky-high interest rates. I can't stress how knowledgeable and helpful Yajaira was at the Dover branch. I'm super thankful for all the help and information everyone has given me.”

The Branch Manager, Jessica Thompson, met with me, explained what needed to be done and referred me to Ruben Caban, to get the necessary paperwork done. Jessica and Ruben were great and addressed all my concerns. Not only were they super efficient, but every manager out there should take lessons on how to deliver customer service from Jessica: polite, gracious, attentive, friendly and reaches out to the customers. “I wanted to thank Frank who helped open an account for my 16 year old son and recommended Pops for breakfast which is down the street and is a great place to eat.I live in Budd Lake and went to 3 banks there to open an account. They all seem to have layed off so many people that you have to make an appointment to open an account.I have been banking with Provident for 30 years and have never had a problem and the people have always been helpful. I moved and the bank is a bit far away, but I am loyal to people who help me and it has been worth the drive. I thought I'd try a bank closer to home for my son, but they really did not seem interested enough to provide the service that they used too. Provident still does.Frank spent at least a half an hour with us opening the account. I really appreciate his attention. It is what I am used to with Provident.I do most of my stuff online, but it is nice to be able to go into the bank and talk to someone instead of dealing with an AI auto attendant that you normally get when you need to call. Provident still provides in person personal service with a minimal wait and they are nice about it.I highly recommend Provident bank and once again thank Frank.”

“TD Bank in Randolph, NJ on Rt. 10 East is a 5 star branch! This branch is on my way home from work. I usually roll in right before they close. I showed up at the drive thru at 5:05 and they still took my deposit (they close at 5 on some days). I also went into the branch at 4:50 p.m. and Jessica assisted me until my transaction was complete (5:10). I apologized to everyone for keeping them late. All smiles. Great Customer Service!”
“Mayra was extremely helpful and professional. I walked in to do a wire transfer. She helped me through the process and answered all of my questions. She was very nice too, asking about my day and moving scenario. It's a shame I'm moving to Maine where there are no Wells Fargo banks. Managers like her are why this is my bank of choice.”

“Santader Bank is very good bank. Only thing I have problem with is that they don't have small loans to help person to pay off debt so that person will have good credit but that's NOT only santander bank it's all banks. I have been to 3 banks to see if I could get small loan and I was told the only small loan they have is for 5000. Some people don't need that much. All banks should really look at people that are struggling with small debt and try to help them but they help the person that's in alot of debt like 20,000. To 100,000. They get loans it's crazy.?????”

“Back in Sept. I went to the Dover branch to get a document notarized. This was in order to close out my deceased mother's account. The Wells Fargo Estate Care Dept. had all the required documents but needed this one notarized. The process was complicated by the fact that there was no estate account set-up. I went there expecting to get the notary stamp and continue to wait on the whole drawn out process. I met with Roberto Burga who not only notarized the document but took the time to look further into how to settle the account. He called up the Estate Care Dept. and knew the correct questions to ask in order to get this resolved. He was persistent was able to get approval to process a check to me for my share of the estate. My siblings then just had to go to their branches and contact Roberto who then walked the other branch managers through the process. Both Roberto and the bank clerks were pleasant, helpful and professional. Thank you so much for your help in this matter.”

“Quick location of the main roads for all your PNC Banking needs. You have 2 ATM machines that you can deposit checks or cash along with 2 Drive Up tubes for heavier deposits. You can rent a safety deposit box if needed and complete account request/updates with a banker inside. The place seems calm on a Friday afternoon with them closing as of this review at 6pm and 1pm tomorrow.”
