“PNC is the perfect small town family bank. I have been a customer for 22 years. I worked with Kevin for many years who gave me personal attention for my business accounts. When my brother died, Bank of America would not help me with an estate account since my brother had lived in Ohio. I had tried them because my mom’s account had been there and we had investments at Bank of America. Judy at PNC told me to come right in and she set up an estate account as well as updated credit cards with more cash back benefits at PNC. I love coming in and chatting with Dominque and Valerie to make business deposits.Today I worked with Carlos, the assistant manager with a fraudulent debit on my estate checking account . He spent a great deal of time with me and knew I was upset.
