“I had such a great experience at Mailbox Business Center in Hillsborough earlier today! I needed help printing addresses on envelopes for my upcoming wedding and was having so much trouble with the printing and alignment settings at home. A friend recommended I come here, and I’m so glad I did!
The owner, Matt, was incredibly respectful, kind, and genuinely caring. He was more than willing to help in any way possible and didn’t rush the process at all. He successfully printed 50+ addresses on my envelopes and even noticed an issue happening with a few of them in the printer. Instead of ignoring it, he kept working until he figured out the problem.
Matt ended up using some of his store’s envelopes, took them off my bill, and explained what likely caused the issue so I’d understand for the future. That level of honesty and care is rare these days.
He’s truly running a fantastic business with great services. I would 100% go back for any printing or mailing needs and highly recommend Mailbox Business Center!”

“I want to give a shout out to Ian Lafferty, the Tech Services employee (also Tech Sales Supervisor) who helped my friend and I a couple of evenings ago. Ian was honest, patient, and personable. My friend can be difficult where her tech items are concerned, but Ian put her at ease and made sure she felt comfortable with him working on her laptop. It took a while, but Ian was able to figure out what was wrong and set things right again. “This is the best post office I have ever used. The staff are friendly and helpful and are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. My wife and I use the post office very frequently to send out packages for our side business. Whereas other post offices have treated us as a nuisance, the Three Bridges Post Office always welcomes us and we have never lost a package. We mostly deal with Paul, who is absolutely amazing. He is so great, in fact, that he should be made Postmaster General! But in all seriousness, if every post office was like Three Bridges, no one would ever complain about the postal service again.”
“My husband and I just got new passports here yesterday afternoon and had the best experience. Adriana and Jo are amazing! They answered all of our questions, took our photos and got us in and out in record time. Just 15 minutes for both of us. The whole process was so easy and painless. Don't hesitate to visit the Rocky Hill Post Office if you need a passport!”

My mind was really blown away by the tape in that place. The sevice is nice and there is a MASSIVE selection of P.O. boxes to look at (if you’re sad and for some odd reason P.O. boxes make you happy).”
“Was having a typical day, not bad, not great, and went to go mail a letter. As soon as I stepped into the tiny office I was greeted by a friendly worker named Renee, who definitely made my day just by being so animated and kind. Definitely takes the cake for best post office experience I've ever had elsewhere - usually everyone is so grumpy!”

“It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job.”

“Certified mail was sent to me at an address where I wasn't living anymore. Didn't have access to retrieve the pink slip to claim the mail. I contacted the post office troght their website. The postmaster Crystal contacted me, telling me to stop by with my ID and that the mail will be given to me. She was great and prompted my request, and I was able to get my mail without issues.”

“Always come to this ship center and always greeted with smiles the employees here that work in the front are awesome. The three girls and two guys there are all friendly and willing to help up if needed of course. if it’s something out of their limit there’s nothing you can do. A lot of these 1 stars reviews are people that either have trouble with drivers or FedEx in General or some people just don’t like what actual information is being told. One review I saw is that the 1800FedEx gives out wrong info most of the time. I actually believe that as I’ve have had trouble talking with them many times before. your not talking to the people inside the actually ship center, ur talking to people from somewhere far as they can barely speak English most of the time from what I’ve heard from previous experiences. Either way 5 ⭐️ Thank you guys”
