“Sweta Patel was amazing. Every time I go into this UPS store I always get excellent customer service. Ms. Patel goes above and beyond to help me, whether it’s printing or getting something notarized. Give Ms. Patel a raise, she’s the best!!!”

“Reena has saved me time and money for big and small packages. My only regret was not coming here earlier to send things. Streamlines the whole process and is an infinitely better experience that USPS, FedEx, or UPS.”

“I’m a small business owner and drop off packages at this USPS location almost every day. The desk staff here have always been kind, patient, professional, and welcoming. They are always smiling and willing to help, even during busy times, and I really appreciate their hard work. I can’t speak about issues related to carriers or lost packages, because those are not the fault of the front desk staff. From my personal experience with the counter employees, I have absolutely no complaints. They do a great job and deserve recognition for their professionalism and customer service. Keep up the great work!”

“Google maps was way off on the location. I had to ask a human(!) for directions. IT'S INSIDE THE WALGREENS. All of the shops in that center have the same address.”

“People always competent, friendly. Even when they are busy and the lines are long, they maintain this good attitude. The young man with dark hair is especially courteous.”
