“Recently has shoulder surgery. Was having difficulty sleeping but mostly getting comfortable laying around on th couch and bed.
Spoke with my mom, who lives in another state and recommended a lift recliner chair.
She actually called and spoke with someone and I could ask for Barbara or Madeline.
I called yesterday morning and spoke with Barbara a lovely woman.
Told her my needs she then asked me some questions based on height and weight, determined what recliner I needed, then gave me the pricing based on days, weeks and months the delivery and pick up charge and can we deliver it today...Which I was shocked. If I remember I called between 830 and 930, delivery was set up between 1100-100, payment was a breeze by credit card, I'm gathering if I had insurance they may have utilized it, but I stated I was private and was paying for the service.
I got a call from the driver Mathew he was on his way, arrived at my house, brought the recliner in 2 pieces was very careful bringing and placing in the area where I needed, hooked up the power and ran into a problem, first thing he stated was he tested the recliner before he left the shop, only to find after some brief diagnostic time, the power connector was loose and faulty.
He was quick to fasten the connector better for a temporary quick fix so the recliner did function, apologized and stated he will notify the office and return Monday with a new power pack and also controller.
I was extremely pleased with his quick work fix and how well he handled the situation.
I suggested he taketh recliner back and return Monday with another one, but he assured me there would no further issue and he was correct, recliner has been working fabulously, very comfortable and I have gotten some better restful sleep.
Can't thank sunrise surgical enough.
I also spoke with Madeline to thank her as well and praised Matthew for being a great asset and Gentleman to the Sunrise organization.
