This is the worst post office ever this is the 3rd time i lost my mail and those are very important documents. and their insurance is not worth it... i dont know if i can have legal ways to pin this post office here in Howell i will

NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE! I personally gave a package to the mailman at Staples at 9:00 am yesterday and it still has not gone into tracking mode. Trying to get a human on the phone is impossible. Horrible customer service. They only answer when regional gets involved.

I've had this post office as my mail box since for year. December 2024 to today, and I canceled my box. Spoke to the manager three times and never got solved and never got money back.
