You walk in thinking it’s a quick in-and-out, and suddenly you’re part of a whole tzibbur waiting situation. There’s always that one line that looks short but somehow takes longer than a full seder. You start off calm, and five minutes later you’re already checking how many people are ahead like it’s a cheshbon.
That said, once you get to the counter, things usually move along fine. The staff gets the job done — not rushing, not panicking — just steady. If you come prepared (package taped, label ready), you save yourself a whole extra sugya.
The self-service machines are a nice matanah when they’re working. When they are, you feel like you beat the system. When they’re not… you’re back in the oilam.
Pro tip: Come off-hours if you can. Otherwise, bring a little savlanus and maybe something to keep you occupied.
Bottom line:
Not the fastest stop in town, but reliable. You’ll get your package sent — just don’t plan it like a two-minute errand.”

“Every time I walk into this UPS Store I’m always impressed with how friendly and welcoming everyone is. All the employees are very nice and helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Rick!
Rick always has a smile on his face and genuinely seems happy to be there. He’ll hold the door when you’re walking in with big heavy packages, happily scan everything for you, and if the printer isn’t working or there’s a jam, he’s always there ready to help. If you come in with kids, he’ll even offer them a Dum-Dum lollipop, which of course they love.
It’s just nice walking into a store and being greeted by someone who is always smiling and actually seems happy to help you. The whole staff is great, but Rick definitely deserves the shoutout.
Hopefully someone from UPS reads this and gets the man a raise or promotion! 😂 He deserves it!”

“Everything when great I need to pickup my load at the Lakewood New Jersey to save time on the final delivery. I called the Lakewood nj office and talked with Donna Morris and ask if I could pickup my delivery up at the Lakewood location she have to call and get back my load back from final delivery location and she called me to told me I can pickup my load at the Estes location in Lakewood NJ the next day after noon. Thanks to Donna going the extra mile for me.She saved me at least five days of waiting for my load.”

It's so quick and easy, never had a problem. Everything ships right away, have mailed dozens of packages from Depop selling, to my taxes, etc and everything always works out. Very friendly people inside that don't mind taking the time to talk and help you. Such a contrast from all the awful ones around us (Looking at you Howell post office). Keep up the great work!”

“There is a gentleman at Staples in Freehold who I would like to give a shout out to. His name is Scott. He has helped me twice in the past few days. Once when I needed to fax some important information to my doctor and the second time when I was returning something to Amazon. He was very helpful, patient, and very cheerful. He walked me through the fax experience step by step. During my return to Amazon Scott was courteous, friendly and competently did the returns, even helping several people who were not quite prepared. He gave stickers to several kids on line. “I can’t say enough wonderful things about this post office. First of all, they are always so kind and helpful anytime I come in and need assistance. Second, I am still sitting here in disbelief how above and beyond Kim went to get a hold of my package. I ordered something for my daughter for her graduation and unfortunately when I got the notification the package was delivered I could not find it anywhere. It wasn’t our regular mail person and these things happen. I drove over to the post office 30 minutes before closing on a Friday, and Kim couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did she locate my package but she went and picked it up herself where it was accidentally delivered and then hand delivered it to me at my home. This is just above and beyond what anyone would ever do these days and I’m just so thankful to live in this town with such amazing, kind hearted postal workers. I know if I lived anywhere else my daughter wouldn’t have had her graduation gift on time. Kim, you are amazing and I can’t thank you enough for what you did! We love our Colts Neck Post Office! ❤️”

“Went for a toddlers first passport with picture. They require you arrive 10-15 minutes early which I did, but got served 15 minutes late. Costumer service is kind and considerate, but for appointments for passport, expect delays.”
