I've been here 4 times trying to get my mailing address information changed I moved back to Howell in March 2025 and haven't seen any I've tried calling customer service they say my old address post office isn't getting my mail and that is being forwarded to Howell and then Howell saying they don't have anything I've had some very important documentation mailed out back in April to me and I haven't gotten it so where its going idk

NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE! I personally gave a package to the mailman at Staples at 9:00 am yesterday and it still has not gone into tracking mode. Trying to get a human on the phone is impossible. Horrible customer service. They only answer when regional gets involved.

Went to mail certified letters with restricted delivery, the postal worker behind the counter told me that they don't really do it right and that I would not be satisfied so they tried to sell me $23 priority mail instead. I left in complete disgust and went to a different post office to send my certified mail with restricted delivery, I guess we'll see if they do it correctly.

I've had this post office as my mail box since for year. December 2024 to today, and I canceled my box. Spoke to the manager three times and never got solved and never got money back.

The Post office is well run, and should be because it's the only government agency that has to be self supported through postage fees.
