There were two men who carried the boxes inside and assembled everything nicely and efficiently. The sectional I got required a bit of extra work to put together but they managed it well. Lastly, Nick helped us out by requesting to have all the boxes taken out after everything was done which was a huge huge help! I will come back to purchase a few more pieces!”

“I ordered two Maxwell chairs back in January. Yes you have to be very patient with delivery. I think the original delivery estimate I was given was 8-14 weeks and they arrived in 19 weeks but I did read all the reviews before I ordered so I was prepared for delays. Now that they are here I am so happy with them as they are absolutely gorgeous in my room. One of the chairs had a small defect and customer service has been excellent resolving for me. I highly recommend ordering swatches first and I did also visit the Interior Define store in NYC which made me realize I wanted the chairs 18 inches high (and not the default 16 inches). Overall I am very happy with my purchase and giving 4 stars not 5 only because delivery took longer than estimated.”
