“5-star customer service from Awilda; we entered T-Mobile at the Short Hills location for a new IPhone for my niece, as her battery was draining, and her phone would shut on and off.Awilda was helpful and hands on from the beginning of our interaction until the end. She even checked to see if it was possible to trade my niece's older IPhone in before continuing with our transaction.T-Mobile at the Short Hills mall should be very proud to have customer service representatives like Awilda, and it would be great if someone from the corporate office makes sure that this feedback gets to her.”

“Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

“I recently went to this Prospect Ave. Xfinity store location to upgrade my XB7 gateway to an XB8. I spoke with Tirah and she was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She helped me with all of my questions and when I came back later that day with some additional questions, she helped me again the second she saw I was back. She was great.
Honestly, i've been to this store several times over the years and they are always outstanding. After investing in several boxes I still would list my connection even though it shows up as active on T Mobil end. Having had a terrible experience with a T-Mobile supervisor earlier today about 3pm I anticipated ring disrespected at your broad and Market branch in Newark nj as well. I was pleasant surprised when k met Betty. She was absolutely delightful. Her smile and friendly demeanor erased most if not all of the bitter tastes your earlier employee left in my mouth. She promptly went to see if she could accommodate me. Even if she couldn’t satisfy my every need her warm family like manner soothed all my concerns of being just another senior citizen being bullied by our younger generation.
