“Went into store very polite, explained my situation. The guy worked on my phone while helping other customers. He was very patient with tech support he had on the line, two different conversations going on at the same time. When he was suggesting I take my phone back and get a new one it started to work. He activated my SIM card by placing it in another phone then back in mine before that I could only get the internet while I was in my home from my own WIFI, THANKS again ZAKI...”
