I don’t know what to tell you about their hospitality. They greet you as soon as you come into the door and they give you the time to shop freely and what I like about this place they do have parking spaces. You don’t have to get worried about getting a ticket.”

“I first went to another Metro store on Market st but they didnt want to help me with a device change,and also they said their systemwas down and offered no solution. Theni went to the Metro on Ferry st and the experiences was xompletely different. The girl there was amazing, she called her support department asked for my ID and helped me without any problem at all.
Withouta doubt,the best customer service I've received at Metro by tmobile is at 173 ferry St location.”
