“We went here to get out glasses and the ladies behind the counter were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly! we ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses at a fraction of the price it was to get them at a pearl vision or lens crafters! 10 out of 10 recommend going to a Costco or BJs to purchase glasses after your eye appt. much better experience and better quality glasses. we didn't experience the doc in this location but I did hear good things.”

“Optical Services by Chris.We have gone to Costco, Lens Crafters, and a small shop within the Staten Island mall. Costco and Lens Crafters would not touch my wife's Fendi frames she owned. The small shop did, and my wife received them; they did not work correctly, and they stated that her prescription needed to be corrected, not the lens. We then went to BJ's and met Chris, and within a few seconds, he told us he could fulfill her prescription on her Fendi Frame. We waited while he finished up with another customer. During this time, I was looking at frames but wasn't there to purchase any due to just ordering my frames at Lens Crafters. Then I saw a deal to buy one frame, the second free, and found two that could work for me.While Chris helped my wife, I listened, realized Chris's knowledge and experience, and felt confrontable speaking to him about my two-frame going forward. At the end of the encounter, my wife had her frames ready to be processed, and I also had two pairs of frames processed. One frame was something I would have as a second pair, like the ones from Lens Crafters, and the other was a pair that Chris recommended for work only due to the amount of computer work I do, and progressives are the best type of glasses. I paid less than Lens Crafters for one frame with eyeMed insurance for the two I ordered at BJs. Granted, the frames are not Oakley, but the lens was much better on a few specs, such as a broader progressive angle and better-polarized transitions.The experience was so good we brought our two sons and purchased three more frames with Chris' help. We have all received our Glasses, and for every pair, Chris made sure comfort and proper expectations were done, and we are a happy family.”

“Always a great deal is the $1.50 hot dog and soda. Although I find it hard to resist a slice of pizza while I'm here for a $1.99.
Sometimes sitting here is packed, so you may have to wait to find a seat however.
There are also other items on the menu that are worth trying like their salads and their chicken baked which is delicious.
Use the self ordering kiosk to make it easier for yourself but you can also order at the counter.

“Y'all... This place is magical. I came in with a countertop dishwasher adapter that wasn't fitting my hose-with-a-spray-head style faucet. I had been to 2 hardware stores and stumped some weathered handymen until one of them recommended this place. It was a last ditch effort before having to mail back a 55 pound dishwasher to Amazon, which I dreaded with every fiber of my being.The staff here was amazing -- they spent 20 minutes looking for solutions for me. It was a complex problem and I could only bring the adapter with me and not the faucet head it was supposed to connect to (of which I had only pictures), but eventually these incredible professionals came up with a creative fix involving 2 additional parts for which I had to pay less than $10. Now I'm home and they fit! It works! Literally feels like a miracle. Thank you so much!”

“I ordered a shirt on Amazon to get to me by Christmas, but Amazon screwed up the two-day shipping and was going to arrive very late. I was in a major bind, and needed someone asap to print the shirt on the same day. Enter Naveed! We talked over the phone, I emailed him the design, and within two hours the shirts were printed! I requested the shirts at 10am by 2pm I had them in hand, incredible! In a city that has everything, I was really having a problem finding same-day screen printing for shirts. But Naveed got the job done, thanks again!”

“This place is always slammed, but for all the people the self service lines actually go fast. Also, they have a super knowledgeable sales guy in the TV section. I mean this guys really knows it all. You can find out whatever you need to know. What are all the pros and cons when comparing this tv to that tv? He knows it. What about comparing these computer monitors? He knows it. How about these sound bars? He's owned both and knows all the details. It's insane! Great store.”

Recently, I was assisted by Victoria in the Deli Department, who was helpful and understanding of my requests. A few days later, I returned and was looking for a cake at the last minute. Victoria was working the Bakery Department, she was approachable, stopped what she was doing and assisted me in my time of need. Always smiling and pleasant.”

“This beauty supply store is a very beauty supply store. I have been a satisfied customer for 20+ years. Today I went in to pick up some hair for me and my daughter's braids, hair gel, beads for decorating my hair. There is so much to see and each isle is stocked. Lastly, the customer service and product knowledge is wonderful and the employees make shopping a pleasure. They are very helpful and polite.
