I bought the extended warrantee which I don't normally do, but my 15mth old Whirlpool fridge purchased elsewhere, died. The warranty was very reasonable and covers 5 years.”

“Norm's knowledge on their appliances was outstanding. We stuck the budget we had and found the right refrigerator for us. Now comes the day of delivery. The crew was thee... most professional group I've come across. They took the hydraulic pistons off the storm door, they also took the front door off as an added measure of safety. They reattached the water line for the ice maker. They took all the plastic and tape found inside the doors and compartments. The big box companies shy away from doing anything besides delivering the appliances. Stick with local businesses like Richmond Appliances. You cannot go wrong”

“I recently came in on 2 occasions to rent a truck from Home Depot Rental. Gil and Jarod were instrumental in making this rental experience less stressful. I had to write this review to extend my appreciation to both Jarod and Gil, and to commend them on their efficiency and customer centric demeanor. They ensured that the truck I needed was available and was respectful of my tight schedule upon picking up and returning the rental truck. “I just wanna give a big thank you to the entire staff and management. I was shopping there today and noticed three tiny dogs locked in a car in their parking lot. It was 96 degrees outside and the car was off with all the windows rolled up. So I rushed inside to have them call the owners license plate number out and to come to customer service. If not we were calling the police department. Let's just say all ended well and the dogs are safe ♥️ these men and women care ♥️”

“Edit/Update idk what happened since my last review but 10/10 I love this store. There is literally an employee not to far from you and its so warm and welcoming in there.
There should be no reason... a large dog... is in the store..no it's not a service or a medical Animal just someone's pet ?. I'm pregnant and had 2 small children with me. Why didn't anyone tell him to stop and not bring the dog inside of the store. What if he bite a worker no muzzle no. nothing like smh.”
