“Why are there so many Toro lawn mowers in for repair. Some look new. Mine is there now. All repair orders seem to have the same problem and solution. Is Home Depot selling crap then charging $100 to repair on a $300 mower?”

“Exceptional service and professional salespeople helped with the transaction. The manager was great and showed skill in the process of buying a leather chair and stearns bed that helped a lot. The salesman Callen was awesome going the extra mile replacing a logo on the chair driving where he lived to exchange another one for me. Awesome front desk crew and nice lady in the front helping with great music singing along same time. An overall win and recommended highly, come in”

“I just had the most amazing experience when I called the Pc Richard & Son located on Richmond Avenue in Staten Island, New York Because my mother’s refrigerator that she bought from them over 19 years ago finally was on its last leg and she needed to get another one and unfortunately had a terrible accident & was hospitalized and now we tried to call and get another one Once she got discharged and she was so worried and this Angel by the name of Valerie Blatt Answer the phone and she took care of every single thing and got us a refrigerator that was comparable to her last one but better and she was so professional and so sweet. I highly recommend anyone getting their appliances from here. This process was the most simplest thing thanks to her. It was the best experience me ordering anything over the phone in my life🙏❤💪”

“It’s not often an appliance store has a person that can make going above and beyond effortless and simple. If you’re looking for the easiest and most knowledgeable staff member then Tony DaSilva is the person to go to. He’s available it feels like 24/7 and always has an answer and direction. He helped me purchase nearly all of my appliances and my family and I couldn’t have been more happy in dealing with him and what he brings to the table. Topline has the perfect guy for the job and that should be treasured always. Tony, my family and I thank you beyond all things. This place has everything you need for appliances. Search no further.”

Last week I purchased a window air conditioning unit which was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I was called this morning asking if it could be delivered today—and Juan came at the scheduled time, replaced the old unit with the new one and took the old one away—just in time for the heat wave! Thank you!🙏🏻”

“Bought a Sebo canister vacuum here. I called ahead to ask if it was okay if I would be arriving at 5:20 (the store closes at 5:30 pm). One of owners (Keith) not only helped us after closing, he also thoroughly explained how the sebo we were buying works, and even took it out of the box & assembled it for us! Thank you so much for staying open late and dedicating the time for us to understand the unit we’re buying.”

“We worked with Joe when we went in to get a new washer, armed with all of the measurements for our 100 year old house. He took one look and showed us the washers that would fit, answered all of our questions and we bought it! I was very nervous about delivery as I’d read many stories online from our neighborhood groups about delivery people from other big box stores refusing to even bring the washer in if it was a tight squeeze but the delivery team was in and out - it was so harmonious and seamless. Very grateful for such a positive experience.”

Thought I screwed up the order but they verified verbally, and then had the order out the next day. Everything arrived in order and the items were fresh with a four year shelf life, even though I needed them for a job now. Thank you.”
