“I had an issue with my Bosch dishwasher that I purchased a year ago from SeeMore. It was a cosmetic issue; not a mechanical issue. The sales rep I spoke with on the phone told me that he would issue a repair ticket and that someone would call me soon. THE VERY NEXT MORNING I was called!!! The repair person was here and solved the issue right away! What a delight to know that there is such responsive customer service at SeeMore. I highly recommend them.”

“Norm's knowledge on their appliances was outstanding. We stuck the budget we had and found the right refrigerator for us. Now comes the day of delivery. The crew was thee... most professional group I've come across. They took the hydraulic pistons off the storm door, they also took the front door off as an added measure of safety. They reattached the water line for the ice maker. They took all the plastic and tape found inside the doors and compartments. The big box companies shy away from doing anything besides delivering the appliances. Stick with local businesses like Richmond Appliances. You cannot go wrong”

He made things whole in my mind and refunded me for things that I should not have been charged for. He was very reasonable and apologetic for the things that didn't go as I would expect. And explained the billing and why it is written the way it is. My opinion was changed. I appreciate a company that will take the time to explain what happened and why and make things right.
