She quickly understood my package's special (to me) components & immediately recommended Priority Overnight which made me feel my package was safe. “I came to FedEx needing help printing games for my upcoming baby shower, and the experience was truly exceptional. I was immediately greeted upon entering, and the manager went above and beyond to make sure my order was just right. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and helped me determine the best printing options for my needs.
The customer service was stellar — thoughtful, patient, and kind. Since I’m nine months pregnant, they even offered me a chair so I didn’t have to stand at the counter, and brought over samples for me to review and approve. It made the whole process so much easier and more comfortable.
I believe the manager’s name was Kelly, but if I’m mistaken, I visited on 4/17/25 between 5–6 PM. I’ll definitely be returning thanks to the amazing service I received!”
