Almost every staff member was busy with packing, wrapping or unloading some stuff that I was not immediately attended. The staff who finally showed up didn’t really apologize and just went about her business of getting the package checked in for mailing.

Nicest, most helpful, quickest compared to other shipping companies where I have to stand in long cranky lines, carry my own tape and pay to print labels, they do it for you (also clean and spacious just as a bonus). I really wish more companies use FedEx for shipping so returns are more pleasant.
