“Every time I walk into this UPS Store I’m always impressed with how friendly and welcoming everyone is. All the employees are very nice and helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Rick!
Rick always has a smile on his face and genuinely seems happy to be there. He’ll hold the door when you’re walking in with big heavy packages, happily scan everything for you, and if the printer isn’t working or there’s a jam, he’s always there ready to help. If you come in with kids, he’ll even offer them a Dum-Dum lollipop, which of course they love.
It’s just nice walking into a store and being greeted by someone who is always smiling and actually seems happy to help you. The whole staff is great, but Rick definitely deserves the shoutout.
Hopefully someone from UPS reads this and gets the man a raise or promotion! 😂 He deserves it!”

“Very friendly, helpful and patient especially for someone like me who is clueless about certain items to ship and how to ship. They usually give me advice on packaging, weights and dimensions and which services offer the best value. They also have faxing and copying services, which I have used instead of destroying my printer. The shop is very cozy and welcoming and they also sell nice cards that I do not see in stores. Overall, I recommend their services :)”

At almost closing time, we took a little longer than expected to complete our task.The gal tried to be helpful, but she just couldn't understand what it was that we were trying to accomplish.Because she was kind, Fedex gets 4 stars. “Everything when great I need to pickup my load at the Lakewood New Jersey to save time on the final delivery. I called the Lakewood nj office and talked with Donna Morris and ask if I could pickup my delivery up at the Lakewood location she have to call and get back my load back from final delivery location and she called me to told me I can pickup my load at the Estes location in Lakewood NJ the next day after noon. Thanks to Donna going the extra mile for me.She saved me at least five days of waiting for my load.”

“I cannot give enough stars to the Postmaster Peter, over at the Waretown Post office. A piece of my incoming mail was misdirected to the Trenton post office and delivered to a firm near Trenton. Peter went above and beyond to locate that piece of mail and had it redirected to me. He answered every email and called me by phone twice to give me updates. I'd also like to take this time to say that I've never had any serious problems with my daily mail delivery. Over the past 25 years I've only had a few drivers (which tells me we have responsible postal workers) that have delivered the mail and each one of them has always been kind, courteous and never left my mailbox left open. When packages need to be left at the door they've taken care to make sure the weather wouldn't affect it. Thank you Waretown post office for all you do.”
