“I have bought many vehicles from several different dealers in the past, and never have I had a quicker and easier experience than I did here. Nick and Mark are great, very friendly. I appreciated how they did not act like a typical car salesmen. They were not pushy in anyway. They gave me space to check out the vehicle alone without them hovering overtop of me the entire time like most others do, but also made themselves available to answer any questions I had.
I came from PA and they were very informative on how to complete the transaction and what would be involved regarding registration, inspection, etc. They were fair on price and I was able to be in-and-out in probably about 1 hour total. “I had a great experience with Tom’s River Volkswagen. I was looking for a Candy White 2025 ID Buzz recently and there weren’t any in my state or nearby states. I decided to call several dealers that had them in stock around the country. Tom’s River VW was one of them. I’ve never been to Tom’s River New Jersey before but I took a gamble and gave them a call. So glad I did.
Many of the dealerships I called didn’t want to work with an out of state buyer and wouldn’t make a deal unless I flew or drove long distance to come to the dealership in person first. However Rob Foster at Tom’s River VW was one of the few that not only would work with an out of state buyer but made me feel confident and secure throughout the whole process.
I got a great deal and the process was transparent with high levels of communication between us the whole time. We were able to take care of the whole transaction remotely. I paid what I expected and not a cent more. The car was everything I had hoped for.
I flew from NC to NJ and picked the car up and drove it home same day. When I arrived it was sitting in front of dealership sparkling clean and fully charged for me to drive. I was in and out in 15 mins. Rob and his managers were very kind and appreciative. Made me feel welcome and like a valued customer.
