About Enterprise Car Sales
Enterprise Car Sales receives reviews noting a generally positive customer experience with a friendly, professional, and quick team. Multiple customers describe the staff as super nice, courteous, polite, and happy to help, often going out of their way to provide good service. The process is frequently called smooth, easy, and efficient, with great communication. One reviewer highlighted how a manager quickly assisted in resolving a problematic rental from another branch, turning around a bad experience. However, there are noted issues with pricing and consistency. One customer reported that a pre-secured rate was not honored upon early return, resulting in a significant higher charge and dissatisfaction with customer service resolution. Another mentioned a past difficulty in securing a car. Despite these incidents, many customers report overall positive experiences, especially when renting for insurance claims, and would recommend the business.

My wife and I had an excellent experience buying a beautiful car from Auto Lenders last week. They make everything easy and smooth as possible and our salesmen Adam Colaio was fantastic. Thank you all again at Auto Lenders for our new car and we absolutely love it!

My family has had great experiences here for years. Easy to test drive cars from other locations the next day or sooner. Very helpful getting the process completed quickly and gave no pressure at all. The no-pressure environment was great. Will definitely be back!
