My older Android phone failed to charge. Cole troubleshooted the phone but it would not charge. So he replaced my old phone with a new one that was on sale. So with little fuss I left the store with a new phone on which all of my apps and data had been transfered. I only have to enter my user ID and password to use my apps.

Great store and all that, but I do advise everyone to double check their service bills. Twice now the store manager Cole has added things to my bill unknowingly and I’ve had to remove them. Quite a PITA. But at least I’ve caught them before being charged.

Excellent customer service provided by Cole. My new phone is in perfect condition and works very well. Everything from my old phone has been backed up safely. Would definitely recommend.

Came in to get help with new Direct Tv stream. Cole, the manager at the Jackson location was outstanding. Helped me figure out what I really needed and saved me money! During my visit he also went over my phone plan, I ended up saving almost $60 a month from him going over my plan. Breath of fresh air. Not many people like that these days.
