Nick was awesome ! I'm 76 yrs old and very technology challenged. No kids to help me. He was very patient, readjusted my phone in less than 5 minutes and taught me how to do a couple things. Pls keep Nick on board. If you reassign him, I want to know where he goes ! Thank you, Nick !

I’ve been to this location twice to make some changes and get info before a trip to Europe. Cole D. helped both times and was easily the best rep I’ve dealt with at AT&T.
